So, I guess you are wondering how this newsletter thing is going to work. Basically, we have each family set up with an outline of a newsletter to start. You don't have to use this outline, it is a suggestion only. You can look at Alfred's Family Newsletter to see how everything shows up when filled in. Basically, once you "Activate" a newsletter, it is published to this website. If you edit the newsletter once published, the changes will show up realtime. We would like one person from each family to be the "Family Webmaster" for the whole family or at least manage the newsletter. Anyone can write an article if they have the id and password to log in. It will be up to the "Family Webmaster" to control that password so we don't get someone destroying our newletter. If you would like to be the Family Webmaster, send me a note and I'll set you up. I plan to be at the reunion with the site in better shape and will be happy to meet with whoever would like to learn to use the site. See you in July. Patty
